Philosophy Statement
The school counselors at Bob Graham Education Center believe that all students have the ability to succeed, and that success is defined by each individual student. We will work as a team to provide an environment where every student can learn, grown, and realize their full potential in the academic, career, personal/social, and health and wellness domains. Through our school counseling program, we will advocate for the whole student and act as leaders in our building and district. The ASCA National Model and District and State Standards guide us in providing a comprehensive, developmentally appropriate school counseling program at Bob Graham Education Center.
Mission Statement
The mission of Bob Graham Education Center’s Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive school counseling program that is accessible to all students, faculty, and parents. The school counseling program will educate the whole child; it will foster a positive school culture that will enable all students to realize his/her fullest potential within the context of his/her individual, family, and multicultural perspective. |
